Job Description

The position will provide sport fishing opportunities for the anglers in New Mexico. The position is paid to produce warm/cool and cold water fish and to distribute these fish into the waters of New Mexico. The position will also assist with the management of facility and personnel in the absence of the Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Aquaculture, Animal Science or Wildlife Science, or other closely related, applicable field and one (1) year in farm or ranch related experience including basic construction, electrical, and plumbing skills, heavy and farm equipment operation/maintenance, fisheries and/or wildlife habitat management. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling five (5) years may substitute for the required education and experience.

Employment Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License. Employment is subject to a pre-employment background investigation and is conditional pending results. 

Statutory Requirements:
May require Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class B, depending upon the position.  May require Pre-employment drug testing.
